Ningen Dock
Health & Travel Program

Japan's comprehensive health examination, a complete picture of your body in just a few hours, paired with an unforgettable journey through Japan.

What Is Ningen Dock?

Japan's average life expectancy is 84 years, about six years longer than the United States. Researchers cite Ningen Dock, Japan's comprehensive health screening system, as one of the key reasons behind this exceptional longevity.

Unlike the US, where screening is split across specialists with weeks between referrals, Ningen Dock delivers a complete picture in one coordinated visit. Brain imaging, abdominal scans, a full blood panel, and more, one team, a few hours. Check-up items here

Health Meets Travel

This is not just a medical trip. It is a six-day journey through one of the world's most fascinating countries, with your health examination at its center.

Explore Tokyo's gardens and markets. Visit a thousand-year-old temple. Walk through the oldest neighborhood in the city. For those who want more, add an optional extension to Kyoto and Osaka by bullet train. Sample itinerary here

The Super Special Course

A comprehensive examination covering every major system, completed in a single visit by one coordinated medical team.

Brain MRI & MRA

Detects aneurysms, silent infarcts, and early atrophy before any symptom appears. No radiation.

Visceral Fat CT

Reveals hidden fat around organs, undetectable by BMI, that silently drives metabolic syndrome.

Abdominal CT

Surveys the liver, pancreas, kidneys, and aorta in a single pass. Catches conditions before symptoms emerge.

Tumor Markers

One blood draw screens for five cancers. A personal baseline that follows you for life.

Heart & Vessels

Real-time cardiac imaging and arterial wall assessment. Detects changes years before symptoms.

Lung Screening

CT, cytology, and tumor markers combined, three methods covering what no single test can.

Every course also includes a full health survey, body measurements, eye and hearing tests, cardiovascular screening, respiratory function, digestive checks, complete blood and urine panels, and a traditional Kaiseki meal.
